Processing & Packaging

Our business hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packaging of your order on top of the below advised delivery times for your purchase to arrive.

Delivery

Delivery varies from product to product, and the location you are purchasing from. That being said, here are some guideline delivery times:

• If you are purchasing from the UK, it will typically take between 1-5 days for your purchase to arrive after it has been processed and packaged.
• If you are purchasing from Europe, it will typically take between 5-7 days for your purchase to arrive after it has been processed and packaged.
• If you are purchasing from the USA, it will typically take between 5-10 days for your purchase to arrive after it has been processed and packaged

These delivery guidelines vary, and we cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes or delays outside of our control with the shipping provider resposible for shipping you purchase to you.

Delivery Tracking

In most instances, a tracking link will be provided to you by the shipping provider we choose to ship your purchase to you. You can use this link to track your purchase in transit from collection to arrival.
